We have a summer lake house on Lake Hartwell and came up for 4 July vacation and realized that our air conditioner was not working. We contacted Calm Air- Gumlog are..Rusty picked up the phone. He was professional and a gentleman and immediately set up an appointment to come check the unit. They checked the unit even while I was not there and were extremely professional and efficient. Clay followed up and gave me the diagnosis and the work they performed. I highly recommend Calm Air, Rusty and Clay for any future air conditioner needs. They are truly the best at what they do. My ac went out in February. Here in Northeast ga come March we use the ac a whole bunch. So we needed the job done asap. So I called everybody in the area and they were slam packed. Luckily I finally got referred rusty with (Calm air) and we schedule a full replacement the next week and he had it done within 4 days on our 1900 square ft house. This is the coldest and cleanest our house has felt in years. You will be happy with calm air. If you use the big corporations they will send a younger guy who has a few years experience maybe to do your duct work. With calm air you get a 30 years experience with ac and a fella who does the job right!

Air conditioner stopped working. I called Calm Air. Within 20 minutes they were out, they solved the problem 15 to 20 minutes later and I just can’t say enough about their responsiveness their attitude and their competence.

We struggled to get someone to come look at are AC for the upstairs of our home. The company we had used the previous year, seemed to be uninterested in getting paid more of our hard earned money. Then as we were driving back home from a trip to the grocery store in Toccoa, we saw the sign we had passed hundreds of times for Calm Air. When we got home I gave them a call, they arrived within an hour and were able to temporarily fix our ac unit, to give is some relief from the sweltering heat upstairs where our offices are. We had been suffering for weeks while working from the temps reaching 85-95 degrees upstairs. Calm Air advised that our outside AC/Heat pump needed to be replaced as the compressor was bad, they gave us the option of replacing the compressor, replacing the AC/Heat pump, and an option of if they replaced the air handler as well. We chose to get a new AC/Heat pump and they came back the next morning, precisely when they said they would, and replaced the unit. Because of their quick response, friendly demeanor, and competitive pricing, we will be using them in the future for all of our HVAC needs and recommending them to anyone we encounter.

Called Russell and told him that I needed help. He immediately sent Cody to come and service my A/C . Cody arrived ahead of expected time and went straight to work. He immediately found the problem and quickly resolved the issue. Best experience ever, as our house was cooling down before Cody left the driveway. Awesome service!
